AWARD-WINNING RESULTS: Within a few months after launching their new brand and website, Sineath Construction was recognized as Builder of the Year 2020 by the Asheville Home Builders Association (AHBA). They also won logo of the year and they’re booked one year in advance.
DESCRIPTION: Asheville, North Carolina based builder of the year, Sineath Construction, had a professional brand and website that didn’t showcase their exquisite work. Both were out of date and needed updating. Sineath reached out to Studio 88 to give their brand a new look to match their expertise and to position the company for growth. Studio 88 worked with Sineath Construction to deliver branding, website design and development, a marketing plan, print design, digital strategy, SEO, social media management, content creation and advertising.
PROJECT: We first worked with Sineath to update their brand and logo including all brand assets (signage, brochure, folder, letterhead, business cards). Next, we planned their website through detailed wireframing, keyword research and website information architecture which culminated in a complete custom, responsive WordPress website. The site features a custom child theme (custom design and coded from scratch) using the Genesis framework and custom plugin development. The brand embodies the masculine, luxury brand attributes with professional images and simple, clear calls to action. The homepage offers visitors a quick snapshot of the company’s brand story to get to know, like and trust the Sineath team.
